Arthur Erickson's 'Filberg House'

The Filberg House sits on a bluff in Comox, British Columbia and has amazing views across the Straight of Georgia toward Vancouver and beyond. It was designed in 1958 by Arthur Erickson, then an architecture professor at UBC, and vaulted him to international prominence. Beautifully restored, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, hot tub, over-height garage, water-front… all yours for $10,000,000.

Update: Potential buyers should negotiate to get the website as well.

What? No hot-tub? Oh well, I suppose anyone that has the funds for this gem can afford to add a tub or two later.
